The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department is excited to host the 2nd Annual Family Game Night. The event will be held at the H.O. Weeks Center located at 1700 Whiskey Rd, Aiken, SC 29803.

This event is catered toward families, and games are played as individual and family teams. This year participants will play Bingo, Corn Hole, and Factile. Factile is a new interactive game that allows players to use their smartphones as buzzers. This game is similar to Jeopardy. The questions will be categorized on a digital board with a point system. When the question is picked, the team with the answer must buzz in on their phone and answer it correctly or lose points. Other board games will be available for participants to play. Prizes can be won in both Bingo and Factile, along with bragging rights for the year.

This year Golden Corral has donated a family dinner, (2) adults and (2) kids to the winners of Factile.

Pre-Registration is required and begins on January 13, 2020, until March 6, 2020. Registration can be completed at Smith-Hazel Center, H.O Weeks Center, or the Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior & Youth Center. The cost of the event is $18.00 for a Family Pack (4) or sold individually for $5.00. The price covers the event entry, pizza, snacks, refreshments, and games.

Family Game Night is intended to provide an opportunity for families and friends to have a fun and competitive night. Games a best suited for kids over the age of 5, but all ages are welcome to attend the event.
