The business world is constantly changing at a rapid pace. Today’s workforce is more diverse than ever and business owners across the map are experiencing a variety of challenges related to recruitment, retention and innovation. These trials make it difficult for one to maintain relevancy and accelerate their business success.

Join the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce on Friday, November 30th as we welcome Melissa Furman, Asst. Dean for the James M. Hull College of Business, Augusta University, for a diverse power lunch workshop that will showcase hands-on strategies related to those challenges. She will discuss topics stemming from her research on generational diversity, unconscious bias and emotional intelligence.

The Chamber’s Power Lunch will be held at the North Augusta Municipal Building, Palmetto Terrace Ballroom at 11:30am. Advanced registration is required at NorthAugustaChamber.org; $30 for Chamber members. For more information, contact Terra Carroll, President/CEO, at Terra@NorthAugustaChamber.org.
